Since 2006, we've been bringing the joy of learning through play to families across Ireland.
ClapHandies was founded in 2006 by Liza when she faced a career crossroads after having her first child. With a background in children's theatre and business, she identified a gap in Ireland's baby and toddler activity market and created ClapHandies to fill it.
We began with extensive workshopping with early childhood development experts before launching operations. The company has grown from just 3 initial venues to over 40+ locations across Ireland, serving over 10,000 graduates.
Through recession and multiple lockdowns (which prompted the creation of ClapHandies at Home), our incredible community of families has kept us going. We're constantly working to bring fresh ideas to make classes more fun, run more smoothly, and be more enjoyable for everyone.
